Toronto FC returns to BMO Field on Saturday, August 15, to host the New England Revolution in a match that has already sold out, as the club looks for its first home win since returning from the FIFA World Cup break.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET, with the match streaming on Apple TV. It will be Toronto's first game at BMO Field since the club's return to regular-season action, having played every match on the road in July, where it went winless at 0-1-3. New England enters on a mixed run of form: after a three-game unbeaten streak, the Revolution were beaten 2-0 by the Houston Dynamo in their last outing.
The two sides met just weeks ago at Gillette Stadium, playing to a scoreless draw. New England holds a 6-7-6 record away against Toronto and has been particularly effective at BMO Field in recent visits, winning the last meeting there 2-0 on May 3, 2025. Overall, the Revolution lead the all-time series 17-12-15.
Saturday's match also marks one of the first significant tests of BMO Field's $157.9 million renovation ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which expanded the stadium's capacity to roughly 45,000 with temporary seating, along with upgraded lighting and video boards. With the match already sold out, it will be one of the larger crowds to see Toronto FC play at home this season.
